[Vwdiesel] Max fuel screw, which one?

>From the fuel distributor end, 
You see the max RPM on the left, Idle on the right. Just below the idle
screw is a bigger screw with a 12mm lock nut, and an anti-tamper sleeve
spot welded to the threads. That is the max fuel screw. 

Start by adjusting in 1/8th turn increments. A little goes a long way.
