[Vwdiesel] Oil in CV Boot

I suggest leaving the final drive seal alone if it is
not leaking. Its expensive and difficult to replace.
The flange cap seal is leaking on yours--Just replace
that. Its easy and cheap. If you replace the final
drive seal and the flange has a groove worn into it,
the new seal will most likely leak. You need to
replace the flange too. The flange is $100 from VW and
the flange seal kit is $25 from VW. Also, a special
spring compressor is needed to compress the flange
spring to release the tension to allow "C" clip
removal and installation w/ special pliers.
