[Vwdiesel] Green Striped Engine

  Never heard of it but it sure looks like a factory new/replacement.  Come 
to 
think of it I may have seen one once.  I seem to remember it being green 
but I remember it being black too.  Weren't a lot of factory replacements 
sold it seems.  A dealer an hour or two away had something like 5 complete 
engines they were selling for around 2K several years ago.  Don't recall if 
they were TD or NA.  Dad was really tempted to buy a couple.  At least he 
DID buy all TWO that were left of factory turbos when I came across a 
surplus outfit dumping a bunch of VW stuff.  :)  Missed out on everything 
else.  :(
