[Vwdiesel] Better mileage?

The jetta is now primarily a family car/errand runner/wife's car.  

Somewhat disappoining.  

The pump is adjusted what seems relly nicely.  Good performance-liitle to 
no smoke.  Any recommends on products to use to degunk?


IMHO    you do not need a degunk    ------- you need a Hillbilly tuning job ----
for economy.     -------- Run her super lean.    ---- yes performance as far as
 acceleration will be less --- but when you show the wife the benefit to mankind
and the Sears balance ------ she will brag about it to the hens at the coffee shop.
