This part # is not found in my EKTA for any VW or Audi diesel. The common VW/Audi 
head of this era is 068 103 373 xx. It appears to be an early mechanical head, so should 
fit any 1.5 or 1.6 block. Probably uses the early 11mm head bolts also. Someone with a 
loose mechanical head should be able to compare the pics and tell you more...
