Does anybody know what block this head is for?
 
According to the eBay auction (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7907498484&category=33617&sspagename=WDVW) the part number is: "The numbers on the head are; 068 103 373 WWO 260 H.  There are also the numbers 2275 stamped in the end "
