[Vwdiesel] Bouncing

Hey guys,
I have a problem which has me scratching my head.  Up to 55 mph, my caddy rides very smooth.  Above 55 mph, the vehicle starts bouncing and the steering wheel starts shaking and oscillating from side to side.  I have had all of the wheels balanced and rims checked for bending.  The front end has been aligned.  I just know that it is a bad tire, but the balancing machines do not rotate fast enough to get up to 55 mph to detect it.  What else could be causing this problem?
