[Vwdiesel] China getsets

There's a host of diesel gensets manufactured in China on the market.
The one's I've looked at are direct injection.  

I also note that there are 10 hp aircooled engines with pull starters, that
look like domestic gasoline engines.  Anyone have any information,
even anecdotal, on the life of these low-cost engines?

One nice thing about them is that a VAG-COM unit is not needed.  grin.
