I also used to use the Stanadyne Performance Formula AND the Lubricity
Formula. The place I purchased it from (DEL on Laird Ave in Toronto) told
me that there was no advantage in using Lubricity as well as the PF; there
are lubricity improvers present in the PF.
I have seen the same results: slightly less fuel consumption, reduced
startup smoke, reduced rattling. Apparently it also reduces chances of the
fuel gelling in cold weather.
DEL charges about $100Cdn (taxes incl) for a box of 12x470ml bottles (I have
been purchasing it for years and years).
Over the last year or so, I have been pre-mixing Stanadyne PF with ashless
2-stroke oil, equal quantities. Haven't seen any noticeable difference but
I
think the 2-stroke has gotta also aid in pump lubricity.
