I was thinking very light hydraulic oil.
a 10W motor oil would be fine as well.
A really non-viscous 0-30 should be just the ticket if it gets cold.
I can just imagine the blaze if you pop a hole in a rad hose... of course
there would be very little pressure increase so less likely to happen... but
if you crash... blech.

  So... Engine oil, ATF, 2 cycle, hydraulic, tractor fluid??  Which would be
the best.  Sorta make you wonder if it wouldn't work well but no "planned
obsolesce" factor...
