According to one of my two brothers with PhDs in chemistry, the op amp
idea would reduce, but not eliminate the corosion.  This is because the
surface charge is not uniform.  He's asking one of his colleagues about
the Al radiator chemistry.  More later if I'm capable of regurgitating 
it.

I still think we should be thinking turbines...no radiator on those
puppies.  They just eat gobs of air.
