Well, duh... ever since I've started using the cold start lever (that I 
didn't know existed until just before joining this list), the large blue 
cloud has been reduced to a small puff. I thought blue smoke was always 
oil and not unburnt diesel, but I guess I learned something today.

In the meantime, I have wound the max rpm screw out two turns and found 
some extra useable power ;) I've also removed a "sealed" sleeve from the 
smoke screw, but have to clean up the threads before messing with it. I 
don't want it to smoke, just want to see if there is any power left in 
there that I'm missing.
