It looks like you can use 10AWG to each plug, based on the conservative 
15A rating for that size. But the main lead from fuse should be 4AWG, 
according to same spec. (60A rating). Since the stock lead to the  busbar 
appears to be much less than 4AWG, you could get away with 6 or 8 
even, given the short distances. I would look for good high temp 
connectors that can be crimped and soldered. Perhaps those designed for 
use in household ovens - the don't have insulation (not needed), but have 
a very high temp/current rating.
