something about "why didn't they replace the rear struts?"  A week later
the case of import (Holland) beer showed up.

  Wow, wouldn't have expected that to fix it!  Struts must've been non 
dampening for the first inch or so of travel.  I've seen several that look 
fine unless you let them sit and check just the top travel.  NO dampening 
whatsoever.  I think my Jetta's KYB's are getting that way.
