[Vwdiesel] Off-topic metric vs imperial

Pat  ---- off topic ?   not in my mind.     ---I drive every day with brakelines done with the wrong
fittings  -- due to   "COUNTER Intelligence"   I gave the counter person a NEW brake cylinder for a Rabbit rear brake.----And got the SAE  when I should have had the metric.   They sort
of fit----but I caught on because the thread was kind of sloppy.    So now I have to redo some lines on a Rabbit.     PITA  --but not serious.

I am a geezer and I did feel the JOY of a British sports car----   a 1957 MGA  and it was super.
I drove lots of sports cars --- and they all were super.      BUT the  "Corvette" for all its horses ?
Nah it did not fit.  ---   But it is one hell of a car.

The Opel with the bug eyes ?  I liked that one here on the twisting mountain roads.

The Ford model T ?   -----blew my mind ---WOW  --if you ever see it "Golden Rod"
I drove it.     What a beauty.  Sure glad I got a Video of me driving it.

How did I get to drive "Golden Rod" ?    It belonged to Joe Ralkowski of Bremerton WA.
and he got killed in an Aircraft crash ---- he was the Pilot.     I married his sexy
wife Louanne ---- thats how.
