[Vwdiesel] starting TDI vs IDI

We've covered this before...
The A3 1.9 IDI only, DID energize the glow plugs when the door was opened.
The TDIs never did. Check out an A3 Bentley wiring diagram for the proof, I
have.
VW screwed up the owner's manual and the untruth has just been propagated.
