 Oil goes in the head, down a lengthwise gallery and angled up to the cam 
saddles.  Not sure just where the hydraulics get their feed from exactly.  
Valve stem seals don't control oil pressure and have extremely little to 
do with blowby.  Really worn guides could contribute to blowby but good 
seals can't hold that back or the oil that would go the otherway, not for 
long anyway.  
  Since pressure was fine before this then I lean toward one of two 
mentioned options.  Bad lifter from collision or a bit of something in your 
oil pressure relief.  Worn intermediate shaft bearings could do the same 
but cause and effect don't really fit here.  Not to say it isn't possible 
anyway though!  ;-)  Non related coincidence happens all too often in 
auto mechanics!
  A failrly bent valve should leave clearance between the lifter and the 
cam lobe.  They tend to bend between the head of the valve and the 
guide.  A leakdown test should also identify one.  Not really needing 
a true leakdown but just a pressurized cylinder at TDC, or at least the 
cam at both lifters closed position.
  If you're indeed blowing oil out your exhaust then you may have  bent 
valve that's lifted the guide out of the head.  That should be somewhat 
of a mess though and you shoul've been redily able to see that valve as 
bent when you had the head off.
