[Vwdiesel] Diesel prices... and xtra tanks

Yeah... I don't know what anyone can be complaining about on your side of
the pond...  USD 1.23 a litre in Finland... and rising.  (Lucky I live so
close to the "other side"... USD 0.48 a litre if you drive 5km east of
here...)
I have oil central heating...   we go thru about 4500 litres a year... (USD
0.63 a litre for red diesel) at the rate it's going I'm going to have to
start syphoning the VW into the heating tank. With that in mind.. has anyone
put an extra/bigger tank on a transporter? (vanagon?) 1983. I was once told
that the synchro had a bigger tank... 
Does it ? Do you think it would fit? This one is 60 litres...   Any ideas??

And I'll let you lot do the cabbalistic math conversions to
IMP/US/CD/oz.gal. whatever....

And who has stolen our winter???  It's still raining...
