[Vwdiesel] Setting cam timing

One thing I noticed when setting the cam timing is that there are two of the
six holes in the gear that perfectly outline and center the injection pump
timing nuts. When changing the timing belt, it is a good idea to turn the cam
sprocket (while the nut is undone) so that those nuts are easily accessible at
TDC. It makes pump timing much easier in the future, and one can easily tell
if the cam is at TDC for #1 as opposed to 180 deg. off.
