[Vwdiesel] Vaccuum Pump Swap

I had several Rabbits without vacuum pumps.  Great way to go.  I
never liked power brakes.

There was a plate there, and I remember taking it off for intermediate
shaft checking.  I didn't like that the oil pump ran off the backside of the
cog belt.  Especially when the engine got real wet.
