[Vwdiesel] Frost plugs - how to install?

[82 Diesel Westy]

My 1.9na would produce almost 130psi head pressure on
a cold start and ran at 65-70psi on the highway.

that is a lot of pressure for sure.  I would not
believe it if I did not have the guage.
