David,
If you plan to ship those items UPS (pronounced 'oops'), smash the windows
and put the glass dust in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. You will
get the same product at the receiving end that you would sending whole
windows and will save volumetric charges on shipping.
You might have to be more creative pre-folding the bumper.
If anyone thinks I'm trying to be funny, they are mistaken.
Well that just about covers my thoughts on shipping.
