[Vwdiesel] turbo woes. GM

Nope.  the brake boost is supplied from the power steering pump.  The 
heater controls appear to be electrical from the discription in the 
m.m.  I have an email into Heath Diesel to see what they do with the 
vac. pump.  Even the cruise control is electronic on this beasty.
