[Vwdiesel] Cold Start Device

I found this on a Volvo Diesel Blog. It is the same cold start device on the 
VW diesels. These are almost impossible to find. The blog is

  Didn't see a pic of it other than the cooling diagram pic.  Just an outline 

drawing there though.  There's another shot showing the cable at the 
injector pump.  I'll have to find time and shoot a pic of mine for those 
interested.
