[Vwdiesel] Mind if I smoke ? Words of warning if you axe thekitty ...

What year, How many miles! I heard that the cat must be changed every
80-100.000 km. Is that true? Mine has 210.000 km. Recently intercooled, I
was wondering what performance gain could I get from the cat removal. Try to
unscrew the fueling by quarters until it doesn't smoke that much and then
see how it runs.
