Remember the winter 1941 1942 ??? the one with all those Volks knocking on the dors in Stalingrad ? ---- talking about frozen locks.

I was in Copenhagen Denmark ----and shivering.

On a clear sunny day on the way home from school ---I put my tungue on a frosty fence

galvanized pipe with lots of frost on it ----If you want to get educated real fast ?
That will do it.

James Hansen and Sandy Cameron ----they know how to do it ? EH ? we all had the lighter
on the key and getting in that way.

Fuel cap ? piece of apple pie. Put in oven overnight --or on a heat register then some
lock oil or like me silicon oil for the pins.. Dorlock is harder to do ---but lock
antifreeze does work. For the dorseal ? I spray and polish with Pledge. I have a feeling that
any furniture polish with silicone will work. A kettle of hot water will open the door any time.

I did get a bit of a lead on you guys ---working in the Worlds biggest drive in freezer in
Steveston BC . ----70 below stuff. ----that was fun ---in the summertime. About 1963.or
1965. Wiping doorseal with a bit of glycol works too.

Not being able to open door ? ---yeah that can be a problem.

Hagar.

PS : Blue sky here this morning and NO wind. 08 : 39.
