I was looking through the paper today and there was an ad for an '81 
Diesel Caddy.  972-492-3194.  It's up in Carrollton.  I had to go up 
that way anyways so I took a look at it.  Guy wanted $1,500 for it.  
Decent shape.  No rust in the usual places, strut towers were great.  No 
major dents.  Paint is pretty much gone (it is Texas, after all) and it 
was used as a truck, so the bed's all scratched up.  Does have the 
sliding glass back windows.  It's had some seriously rigged fixes, like 
an auxiliary throttle return spring, but it ran fine down the street 
though I never got over 25 mph--no tags so I didn't want to run down the 
highway.  206,000 miles. 

I have no idea if that's a good price, and I don't have any affiliation 
with the seller or anything.  I wish I could buy it myself, but it'd be 
a bit of a project, and I have three projects up on blocks in my 
driveway/garage including my two daily drivers, so I'm passing the info 
along in case someone wants to give it a good home.

I don't have any more blocks, so that's all that can break.  Out of 
cars, too.
