With one low cylinder like that I'd first pull the injector and check it or
swap it. Compression would be the next likely thing to check or the pump
itself. I think most of the pumps you encounter on engines like that have a
rack and each cylinder has its own little pump in the injector pump. Unlike
our distributor pump with only one actual pump. That one cylinder is
obviously
barely firing. Bad fuel doesn't seek out only one injector however if that
one
injector is already bad it could exacerbate the problem and could be the
reason
for the variation in the other cylinders, as could carbon buildup, ring wear,
valve/
seat wear, etc.
Good luck preserving tax payer dollars Scott. You know THAT means
nothing to those in charge, usually. :-P
