[Vwdiesel] OT Meter Search

I'm looking for a meter (LCD?) smaller than the normal 2.25 meter size,
which is suitable for mounting on outside equipment.  This is for my 
diesel tractor (therefore not completely off topic), which lives outside.

Ultimately, I'd use it as an ammeter and voltmeter.  I'm scouring the
sources like All Electronics, but if anyone has some suggestions, I'm
game.

The key factors are weather resistance, and smaller size.

Oh, and just in case you're thinking of it, no Hagar, I don't want to 
use the $2.99 multimeter from Harbor Freight.  I want it WX proof.

ps: Last year I bought about 20 of the $2.99 Harbor Freight multimeters.
They make great gifts for the tool challenged.  I even gave one to my 
kids so that they can check their batteries.  Keep one in the cars, one
in the flight bag, and one in my desk at work.  You never know...
