When going for a stubborn fastener that where breaking is a concern, 
specifically the glow plug.  I would remove nut and buss bar.  Then, I would use a box 
wrench (preferably a six point) on the plug.  I would link another box end of 
somewhat larger size into the open end for better leverage.  Then, while 
applying some pressure to the outer wrench (not reefing on it), I use a third 
wrench of  medium size to tap in the middle of the wrench that is boxed around the 
plug.  Don't tap really hard, just repeatedly.  It is a poor man's impact 
wrench. Val made a good point that ice cold is more brittle.  The sender of this
