[Vwdiesel] Eurovan diesels

I've been lurking on a lot of VW websites and mailinglists, especially this one- and the TDI-into-a-Eurovan idea has never come up. I'm no expert but as conversions go, it seems like this might not be as difficult as a lot of the engine conversions people do. And I do belive it was a factory option in most other markets, so off-the-shelf parts might work. Any thoughts?

Of course, I have neither a Eurovan nor $3000+ for a used TDI motor, so it's not like I'm in any position to talk about this kind of a project.
