Does anyone know what  James Hansen use on his Volkswagens ? I have taken countless
filters apart ---lube filters -Hydraulic filters Fuel filters and so on. so far the most
impressive was a Stanadyne Fuel filter.   the Bosch is still on my operating table.
Trouble with getting filters out here in the BUSH   is shipping cost.     I recommend that
you guys use a 2 micron rated fuel filter ---- on Lube filters ? I have NO clue about
ratings. --except what is say on the Fram carton.--- spin-on   fuel filters rated 2 micron
is available ---Caterpillar tractor fit --the way I remember.
I am filter smart in general ---but to rate each and every one ? --not practical. Jah ?
Nein-----SO ?    I have to rely on you guys to help out. The PH 3569 on my postal scale
tops 460 gram.        diameter  --3.7 inches US   length 5.1 inch US.

It is called "Extra Guard". ---cost ? at Wal-Mart   5.77 dollars Canadian + 7%+7%  ---not
a bad price really. ---they do work. I am a fly-boy like Val Christian --and as he
said --there are a lot of engines out there with NO filters ...---just braz screens. VW
airheads too.----ok ok I know they are NOT diesels.

I like LOTS of filtering on everything.   ----I am goint to mention the "Frantz" filter
for amusement ---the one using a toilet roll. ----funny if done RIGHT is will do a
job.----Jah ?

PS:   I am still trying to get a real filterpress from the dumpster. ----Remember the best
and cheapest of all hydraulic pumps are to be found at the junkies ---ALL  power steering
pumps from Big American cars are super and cheap. --So if you make a DIY filter
press ---there you be .--Jah ? Would dearly like to see the filterpress they use at Rimini
Canola Oils  ---man oh man is that clean or what ? --Jah.?-.  OH and I am glad they
stopped filtering my BEER through asbestos.Loren how ? do you filter your Ciders ?.
