today's Qs - can anyone tell me:

- is TDC on the cam where locking plate locks it?
	i.e. if I'm at crank TDC and cam plate is in, do I just freeze them 
right there relative to each other? (that just seems too simple)

- crank bolt torque spec is 340 ft lbs
	any hints on how to achieve that? (my (borrowed) torque wrench tops 
out at 150 lbs)

- red locktite on the crank bolt? Bentley specifies "AMV 188 001 02 
sealing paste"
	anyone know what that is?

- cam spec is 74 ft lbs
	red locktite on threads?
	any locktite on flange mating surfaces?
