[Vwdiesel] Posessed Quantum Starter

My diesel vanagon does this - Used to happen quite frequently until I got
the starter rebuilt.  Hadn't happened for a good 6 months, then did it again
the other day... I was trapped in a parking place where I couldn't roll
start it (I usually keep that in mind when parking, but got lazy), so I used
a battery jump starter that I carry and that increased the current enough to
kick it over.

I like the relay idea...
