  A boost gauge would be helpful.  Mine for instance, smokes a bit on mid 
throttle acceleration.  Watching the boost gauge it's when the boost first kicks 
in so that indicates the spring needs a little more tension so that the 
initial enrichment kicks in more slowly.  Only catch is that it's only when cold.  
  If yours is higher rpm at full boost then rotate the cone for a little less 
full boost.  If the boost is backed off but at semi full throttle then back 
off the max fuel screw a bit and to keep the same acceleration, rotate the cone 
a bit for more max boost fuel and maybe soften up the spring by lowering the 
perch.  
  It really depends a LOT on what your boost is doing.
