[Vwdiesel] seatbelt question

Holychit. Some of the once top secret Radlabs radar ECM stuff I saw surplus
after WW-11 had built in explosive charges that were set to go off and
destroy the apparatus in case the plane was shot down so that the enemy
could not copy it's classified secrets. Has the average level of human
knowledge been dumbed down so much recently that steering wheels need
explosive charges so that other car manufacturers cannot copy them?
That's not a real question, just my odd way of looking at things sometimes.
