The obvious difference is the notch in the skirt for the oil squirters on the TD pistons.
It is actually cast in, which suggests they are not just NA pistons that are modified,
lending some credence to the belief that they are different in other ways as well. But
it is a like the myth of TD vs NA heads - they are said to be different, but confirming
exactly how is difficult. I have heard of people modifying NA pistons to fit by cutting
the notch out, but don't know how this affects longevity or balance.
All the bore size info is the same.
