[Vwdiesel] Adding a turbo to a NA car...

Ok, before all you naysayers blast me for thinking about adding a Turbo to my Rabbit, let me explain.

I live in Colorado, where the altitude robs about 15-20% of the usable power in the NA diesel.  That means that I can't hold highway speeds.  Now, I had a thought about adding just the turbo to the engine, giving it just enough air to compensate for the higher altitude.  5psi would be enough to accomplish this.  I wouldn't need to worry about extra fueling, as I'm only trying to give it the air it's starving for.

Has anyone tried that?  And if so, where can I get all the bits and pieces to make it happen?  I'd need the intake/exhaust manifolds, turbo, downpipe, airbox, etc.
