  Sounds like you have the right idea.  :-)  I usually set for just a little 
smoke though.  You generally don't put the pedal clear to the floor 
so it gives you the same response without mashing it down plus it 
gives you just a little "extra" in case you're passing someone and 
they decide to speed up at a last minute or such.  Safety factor.  I 
see people do stupid things like that quite often so I tend to favor 
building in a normally untapped reserve.
  Oh, I was thinking in terms of the diaphragm pulling a vacuum instead 
of pressure, doh!  Tired brain.  So that screw on top won't stop the travel 
but it sets the start point for less overall travel.  I'm not sure if you'd 
set 
the max fuel screw for no smoke with no enrichment or if it should be 
set with max enrichment or if it almost doesn't matter because it'll be 
doing both nearly the same.
