[Vwdiesel] Fuel 101 -- ( The Hydrogen discussion )

I hope one of you are really interested in learning about    Hydrogen  ---
someone who is computer well connected   ---not like me Hagar.    If my computer
was a Rabbit  ---shit that would be about a Gallon  Imp to the Mile  Statute.

I got really interested  many years ago  ---  mainly due to an article in an American
publication --like Popular Mechanics  or Popular science. ---or the like.

Some American ---with a big spread --was running his entire show on HYDROGEN.

Everything  and the kitchen sink.

He used electricity to SPLIT water.   ----  there was pictures with the article.       ---   BUT    I
forgot where he got the ELECTRICITY.

Let me say that     BC   is a world leader   in Fuel cell stuff   due to Ballard being located here.

Denmark is a world leader on Wind Mills  ----combine the two ?    --   Do I like the  mills ?
NO they are a blight on the landscape.   -----  But some time prior to 1985     I went to Denmark
for a visit .   ----- Someone let me use a nice Yellow Beetle   ---   and I drove to the   first big mill
at  Tvind   on the west coast of Jutland. ------   Being a flyboy   --- I immediately recognized
that it was a screw-up .

The blades were mounted downwind  from the pylon.  ---- they should be in front.

The school at Tvind  was a strange place  ----   freedom fighters from Namibia was  trained there.
(terrorists ?)    ---   way down the hallway to the right was a classroom.   When I saw
how they trained the black Africans there ?  ---I said NO WAY will SA  win  this war.
I was right.

Hydrogen is the only  storage of electrical power I know of.     ---   that is long time storage and 
transportable.  ----     are there other ways ?  ----compressed air is out .

I have a dumpster  ---monster compressor   ---looks like about a 50 HP job---  it was used
for filling   aqualung tanks.   Will do  2000 psi  easy.       But will it compress my hydrogen ?

The 50 HP    motor is sitting here spinning its wheels  ---so  things are ready.   

One of you guys should buy this place  ----   lots of goodies just waiting for  enterprising 
youngsters
