So do I Henry Ford have any people in this jury swaying
slightly on the benefit (in the absence of total seal) of a
correctly gauged 'pinned' system.
Maybe rotation is limited by quick crud build up behind the
ring?
doesn't the gasses from combustion forces the rings out
towards the bore to supplement the psi of sprung pressure.
Could I liken this event to a kind of floating hydrofoil
effect?
Obsessive sparkplug removal in my gasser's as a youth; and
measuring of compression pressures and leading to small but
significant (to a maths obsessive like me) variation be
partly due to the 'Misers Ring Rotation Effect'.
