This I bought in 1986 for $600, headgasket blown & crashed r/f wheel & suspension. Not sure what the PO used it for because I bought it from gas station where it had been abandoned. New head & junkyard strut & back on the track. I used it for a couple of years before rebuild; always used fair amont of oil. As to the cause of rings sticking, I would guess that the use of non diesel rated oil would cause this. Any ways she's OK now. A little rusty, but still road worthy. Anything that is in my house or garage now got there in that pick up.

was this a motor you had re ringed in the past, and what do you think caused the condition.
