[Vwdiesel] Dodge Ram TD?

Those Dodge Ram50 & Plymouth Arrow minitrucks were just rebadged Mitsubishis.  They did sell a few of the TD pickups in this country, but only a few.  I've only seen one in my entire career.  They are about as rare as the 78-79 full-size Dodge PU's w/ the Mitsu 6-cyl. diesel, which I've also only seen one of.

    Yesterday I passed the local u-pickem's retriever flatbed and
about went over the sidewalk when I noticed a badge on the victim
vehicle.  It was an old Dodge Ram mini-pickup of indeterminate
vintage.  Body was in a very unfortunate state, but conspicuous was a
badge on the front fender proclaiming it, rather boldly, a Turbo
Diesel, in chrome.
    I'm going to try to scrounge the badge, if nothing else.  But does
anyone know anything about Dodge putting a td in the Ram?  I don't see
how it could be anything but a 4-cyl., which might open some
interesting possibilities.
