[Vwdiesel] Injector break pressure efficiency?

Mark Shepherd  ------ it is a difficult call .    I worked on it all along ---- same way  as
Val Christian  and I have on other problems.  (Management).

You know that a 107  type pump is good for 155 Bar.  Timing belt is OK.

Be careful it affects injection point ---- if you set them for 175  ?   go back and do
a Hillbilly Tuning job.

If you install new nozzles  --as per Loren advice ---you do NOT need to go higher
than specified.    Read James Hansen    he sets his to the UPPER limit  and
so do I   --------performance ?   ----incredible.    It will show on your milage and 
LOO paper test  ---when things are working.  ---and little or NO smoke at tailpipe.

PS : I have the maximum pressure (by Bosch)   will look it up if you like.

Remember a lot of energy is wasted by going too high for no reason.
