[Vwdiesel] Good VW shop near Yuma, AZ?

May parents' '00 Jetta TDI is having brake problems, and the dealer is 150 
miles away (Palm Springs). Any good VW shops near Yuma, AZ that can 
help diagnose a dragging brake problem? The brakes start dragging, and 
after 20 minutes, the car can barely move until it cools down. The last shop 
didn't put it on the hoist until it had cooled, and couldn't find anything 
wrong. I suspect it could be ABS related, but know very little about these 
newer systems.
Any suggestions appreciated.
