[Vwdiesel] add metal flake metallic to TREMCLAD rust paint?

I bought an el-cheapo $5.00 can of GLOSS TREMCLAD dark blue paint today to
see if it would look alright on the Golf.  I think I am going to spray this
color on once it gets a bit warmer outside.  Maybe a month or so's time.
Just breaking the freezing point most days here currently.

I'll go back and get more paint, but I was wondering if anyone knew if there
was somehow an easy and CHEAP way to add a bit of metallic to this pastel
solid colored paint.  Metallic car paint and all that goes with it, is WAY
out of my budget for this car, but if I could add even a wee bit of sparkles
to this paint, it would really set it off.

ideas? info?
