So did you notice any noticeable differences between the different
nozzles? I've always wondered if the 1.5 nozzles wouldn't make for
better mileage if a little noisier. Wish I could find the explanation I'd
seen about the DNS0, etc numbers. I remember the 0 is the angel in
degrees, of the spray pattern.

Loren and ALL :

I wish I could answer those questions --- But I can not . To compare a brand new
nozzle to an old one would be ---waste of time. I do know that all the Nozzles in
the same group ---are very much alike. I have nozzles here made in Germany,Brazil,
France and what not. ----Absolutely incredible accurate as far as measurements are
conserned. There must be small adjustment of hole diameter and angle of seats.

All mine are DN - O (zero ?) --SD followed by 3 numbers . ---like starting
at 063.

IMHO the Bosch injectors used in old VW diesels ---is the finest ever made for DIY
repairs. ------- the Rabbit is a cheap car ---but there is NOTHING cheap about
the injection system. ----Hard number to improve on.

Hagar.
