oil + water = bearings lacking lubrication.  
Try it on yours first...

What if you were to use water to float it out? Wouldn't it
steam off after the first few miles and clean the combustion
chambers etc in the process?
I have not done this; but water does get in the oil with old
gassers with poor ring seating; mayonnaise in the extreme
case (8OD)
