Gimme year/model and I can photo Bentley and forward to you.  Because you're
talking strut (not shock) I'm assuming you're talking front.

IMSMC, you need a compressor for front struts.  Apparently also two types -
those that only need replacing strut inserts, those that need replacing the
whole shebang (I think that's the correct techie term).

I've done rear shocks myself, you don't need a compressor for that, only
extremely strangely shaped fingers to get at the upper mountings.
