Nick, that stinks. You have covered all the bases
here that I can think of and I am going to snip you
startup proceedures for future use. I do not see you
missing anything.
I saw you next post about compression, but even if the
new rings are not seated properly yet, well, there
should be more compression then that.
How fast are you turning the motor to get that
reading?
How good is your diesel compression guage?
I remember doing compression test on my bug my only
turning the motor over by hand and getting 25lbs per
cylinder thinking I was in big trouble, then I was
told I need to crank the motor over to get a good
reading and it worked.
I feel for ya man.
